HEM not importing hands past July...

My computer crashed sometime in August and finally was able to migrate everything over to a new computer. I backed up the database and restored it into HEM and it wouldn't let me import any hands past July 30 (the last day I played). I have backups of my hands as well so I created a new database but after running the import, it still only goes to July 30th.

During imports, I will see import errors. I have played hands and they import but when I check sessions, it still goes to the 30th. Not sure where to start but this is the following answers to HEM's questions:


1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
-1.08.04

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
- Pokerstars- i only play there

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
-yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
-yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
-c:\program files\pokerstars\handhistory

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
- yes but do not show up when i refresh it via session, graphs, etc

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
-yes up to the 30th of July

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
-nope, just want the hands and session to reflect it.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
-yes


8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
- No, XP

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
- yes attached

Does your HM now say 1.09 Beta 34 in the title-bar? Does it import new hands that you play?


To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.



If that doesnt work try a new DB:


*Try creating a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

i just created a new db and requested all my hands. Thanks for all the help!
