Hi,
I am using HEM for some time and never had trouble with it. Played Stars before and just returned after the Hand importing issue thing I've read here but never heard before. So I just played some hands and for my suprise, Stars did not import my hands. First it did not move the hand files to the archive, but then it just left 1 file, dont know why. But it just won't display any hand in the software. I am getting frustrated now and I think I did all the thinks suggested in the forum here, but nothing works. Maybe I forgot something or I am having another error or it is just a simple thinkg I forgot ... dont know.
I hope you guys can give me a little manual which step to start with and how to proceed or any other suggestion. It's just some kind of weird thing imo.
