Hello!

I can't figure out how to make my hud work playing on IdolPoker which is part of ongame network.

Only folder i find where hh's could be kept is "C:\Documents and Settings\User\OngameNetwork\handhistory" and i played for some time, but none hh file showed up there.

Hope someone could help me to get HM working with IdolPoker!

Thanks!

fozzy, i have two folders. one is that what i mentioned in my op and other is "C:\PokerIdol" and that is room where i play. and in that folders there's no HH folders just a lot of files + after playing nowhere apears that HH .txt file/files. maybe that's because i have cracked windows lol, that could be case? with pokerstars and FTP everything is fine, i do have hh folders and those HH .txt files been made everytime i play.

You are not understanding me.

There IS a folder on your PC, somewhere named:

C:\Documents and Settings\... ...\P5\PokerIdol\handhistory

That is the folder you need to auto import from.

well, i tripple checked every single folder under "C:\Documents and Settings\" and didn't find that folder. maybe i should creat username and log-in my windows under that, because i never have created one, everytime when i turn on windows it just starts and doesn't ask to type any username or password. and then i could re-install my poker client and maybe then that folder shows up?

or maybe i should just re-install my poker client and when i'm installing in place it in this "C:\Documents and Settings\User\OngameNetwork" folder?

what does that "P5" stand for?

When your Handhistories are written to the folder you wrote in your first post then you need to configure the HM auto-import to import the files from this folder.

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

the problem is - hand histories doesn't show up at all. i have played for 2h on 6 tables and there isn't any .txt file with hand histories in both of those folders i mentioned in my op.

i have updated my HM, i have read all FAQ about ongame, but HM can't improt hh because they just don't show up.

I think for Ongame its a file named handhistory.dat or handhistory.log?
You need to import this file.

Well, that is either a problem with your poker site not writing the HH file, or you are not looking in the right folder, as I earlier suggested.

Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the www.Teamviewer.com Quick Support Module. It does not need to be installed, as it can run directly from your Desktop/Directory. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.

You need to import this file.

.dat is for prima/micro-gaming

I believe it is a .log file, and it is buried in the windows XP installation. I am also fairly sure that Ongame writes the files by default, and it isn't even possible to turn off the saving of hand history files.

I apologize for not suggesting that. I didn't remember that the \documents and settings on XP was part of the hidden files.
