HUD don't work in HU SNG

Hello I'm playin on IPN network. And when I play cash everithing fine hud work correkt. But in HU SNG hands imporing but hud is not appear. In holdem sitting apeareans i have set all rooms all game. And in cash it works in HUSNG it donts. I try in pokerstars HUSNG. IN pokerstars it works but in IPN it dont. What should i do??? I use HM 1 maybe i should try HM 2 i have it licence too.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all up dates, including all .net framework updates./

I do everything what you say but it doesn't help. But i must say that HM2 works good on 1 table. But when i open 2-nd table the hud stats which must show on 2-nd table they shown in 1-st. So stats from both two tables shown in 1-st table. How can it be fix. HM1 still show nothing

I use windows 7 and eset smart security antivirus. But whan i try HM i switch OF antivirus and firewall

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt

Can you change the Paradise poker lobby language to English.
Then try the TableFinder again.


HM1: When you use TableFinder: highlight the tablename first, then move the red dot to the table, then click OK.

Also make sure you sit in the same seat position on each table and setup the seating preferences:

it impossible to change lobby on english because it change to russian automatically. I already do other advises but it doesn't help. I have recieved this message on mail

Reinstall the pokerclient in English.
You should have the option to choose the language during the installation.
