Importing hands (Mansion)

First off, I'm trying to Import from the correct folder before you ask. I've checked and triple checked. The first time I used Holdem Manager it worked fine, I imported a couple hundred hands, but the second time I came to use it no hands imported. The only thing that has changed is that I'm using Pokernet manager, which is a program which also imports hands but does not change there location. If anyone has come accross this before or knows a solution helkp would be appreciated.
