*Please make sure you have the latest beta 33 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

I've downloaded the latest patch and am now doing as Fozzy told me and posting screenshots... it was working up until about two days ago when suddenly the hud no longer runs, and my hands arent being tracked for data.. in both SNG/Cash.

This images have the size of stamps. Its impossible to identify something.

* Please make sure you are really using the latest Beta. You should see at least 1.09 Beta 33 in the Holdemmanager title.

* Reboot your computer.

* Under Vista make sure that UAC is switched off

* Delete all files in the Stars handhistory folder or move them to a different folder.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.

1) Hold Em Manager Professional 1.09 beta 33
2) a) Pokerstars, the only site I use
b) isnt working on any type of game, but i do NL Cash mostly some sngs
c) of course
3) done
4) Same location as always. the correct one.
5) It's recording some, but not all. And the numbers aren't correct. ive played many more than 20 hands today, but thats all it has recorded. but the hud doesnt load until atleast 10 hand in, and it only has stats for me, and everyone else it never records any changes to the hud.
6) Not even sure how, never used it
7) Yes
8) done
9) done

I would like to take a look at this myself sometime later today.

Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the www.Teamviewer.com Quick Support Module. It does not need to be installed, as it can run directly from your Desktop/Directory. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.
