I updated to .03 and the process runs everytime I open HEM. Also it runs very slow when the process is done. How can I fix this?

no. i haven't played any sessions since i updated. it restarts the process everytime i open hem. it also takes 20 minutes everytime till its done. when its done hem runs slowly (till reports is refreshed etc) and crashes f.e. when i click on "all hands" in the sessions tag.
i never had problems with hem before, it was running perfect and fast.

Roy checked my database via Teamviewer. After some checks he saw that the DB was corrupted (some content was missing...?!). So I had to create a new DB and reimport the hands again.

Thanks Roy for your perfect support!

I'm having this same problem. Can someone please lay out the steps I need to take to fix the problem please? Do I really need to start again with a fresh database?

Just create a new database and add a small few stats to confirm whether this is the problem or not: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=146

Bare in mind when you import hands the 1st time it will optimise these the next time you start, but after that it should only optimise new players you do a search on so maybe import a months worth of hands to test

OK I opened a new database and stuck 3k hands in it and it seems to open and close fine. The optimization process only ran once.

Do you reckon using the new DB will be the only/best solution?

You can just export you old HH from the old database and then import them into the new one and continue to use that
