View Full Version : Question about my stats on each seperate table

When I'm playing cash tables throughout the day, often times I will leave 10-12 tables or whatever, then rejoin a bunch of tables 45 mins or an hour later, etc etc.

It seems to be messing up my stats, and is including my hands from earlier sessions. Even when I double click my stat box to make it red, its showing the same #'s, so it is considering the hands from the same session even though it truly isn't.

How do I fix this? Thanks!

You can try to change this behavior with a parameter in the file config\holdemmanager.config:

setting name="SessionTimeoutDuration">30</setting

default is 30 minutes. To change it close HM, edit the file and restart HM.

It may be necessary to close and relaunch the HUD too.

Admittedly I did not try the fix you suggested yet. I assume that this means the default is within 30 mins the stats will stay, which I am fine with. However, I just loaded up a set today for the first time, having not played in about ~12 hours or so since last night. 2-3 of my 8 tables listed hands from what I assume to be my previous session. Why would it do this?

Also, HEM misses maybe about 1-2% of my total hands. Not sure if there is a pattern to the hands it misses or if it is random. How do I fix this also?

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.
