Notes won't import from HEM1

Hi

I've managed to get everything up and running on HEM2 but my notes haven't imported. I went to the 'Import' option and specifically chose 'Player notes' and all dates from 2000 but they still aren't there.

Is there any other way I can do this?

The only way currently is to import an entire HM1 database. So in HM2--> run a import on database on your HM1 database (All hands), and add player notes at the options.


Just "notes" can't be imported, because they can only exist in the database if the player they're attached to also exists (so the HM1 handhistories need to be imported first)

Tried importing the database and checked the notes option but I still don't have them.

How large is the HM1 database? (if it's small, upload the backup file and email us a link to download it)
