Just noticed every tourney I played this year has the incorrect summary on HM2. In most of them The finish column is bigger than the field size.? It registered some of my cashes but not all. It even said I cashed in one I didn't, for less than the BI. Most of the durations are incorrect. I didn't notice cause I registered my big win so the number seemed right. How do i go about fixing this nightmare?

Hi,
Any tournament with more than 1 table will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client to be sure that it is enabled in the Pokerstars options and be sure that HM2 has added the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/642/Poker+Stars+SetupEmail support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories.

Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands. The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name.

If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Alright so, I just started playing on stars this year so I didn't have the summaries folder added to HM2. So I am thinking from now on the summaries should be correct. As for the 35 tourneys that are incorrect, do I have to delete the old ones? When I import the new summaries will anything mess up if I just leave it as is right now? As they come in will they fix themselves? I have a feeling i am slowing gonna fix them as I don't feel like taking the time to do them all right now.

Thank you for your help btw.

Just try importing the additional summaries when you get them, it shouldn't mess anything up. If it should, it's easy to start a new db, import the 35 summaries and just reimport the rest of your complete results from the archive. They are all neatly stored by date.

Still haven't got to this been working out of town. So, last question, for the sake of keeping this simple can i only request summaries and not worry about the HH, or do they kinda work together.

I would import both so you can have the hands to review your play and the play of your opponents.
