how to use Cyborg note?(R)

I can't add any Cyborg note to HUD/Popup. And there is no link to approve the cyborg note in HM manual note editor. How can I use them?

Cyborgs are not real notes just as the name suggests. you need to manually approve them and save them before they become real notes

they are useful to mark spots you want to revisit later and see if there is anything note worthy

I know I should manually approve. But I can't find the hyperlink in manual note editor to approve it.
