Holdem Manager Non Functional

When I open holdem Manager, I am unable to click the button that normally says start auto import, instead the stop import button seems to be the only button that can be clicked. But when I try to click the stop import button it doesn't do anything. When I am playing at my tables, the HUDs are not being displayed at all and does not seem to be importing any hands. I have tried restarting my cpu, but it hasn't helped fix the issue. Beta patch 9 is downloaded already. Please help!

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.
