hi would be glad if i can have some help for various problems

01-first of all the buy in and fee are incorrect. For example imagine i play a sng 90+10 heads up with 180 for the winner. For the moment i have this in my tracker let me know if i am doing something wrong

4616146161
Even if i follow the inscrutions in option----settings--- tourney defaut buy in
the winnings and the fee are incorrect every time, its a real pain in the ass to edit it manually game after game

02-the winnings are always=0 on hyper turbo (whereas they are working on regular and turbos sng)

03-the all in ev function is not working on hyperturbo ongame whereas it works on PS

please help me :)

A similar issue to this was fixed recently, but possibly something else has changed. If you can send in some hand histories we will get it tested for you.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

01-the fee and buy in are not properly detected*
02-the edit function for ongame and everest is not working
03-for hyper turbos we lose all games, even if we win, the winnings are negative
04-the all in ev graph is not working at all

2/3/4 should already be fixed.
1 is still an open bug.

the last update did not changer anything for 2 3 4 as you can see on my screen shot

1-every game played is considered as a loss despite hem detect if i am first or second
2- the buy in is still 50+5 instead of 45.5+4.5
3-the ev graph is still wrong, exactly the same as the loss or winn courb

what can i do for helping solving this things......

here are some screen shot of a session68481

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) and screenshots together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

The issues seems fixed for HM2 only, but are still open bugs in HM1.
