Updated HEM and now it asks me to register...

I followed this link and used the file..

What should i do?

Register it again with your old serial key.
If you've lost your key. Downgrade: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/426/DownloadLinksForPastBuilds

--> in HM click HELP--> SHOW SERIAL--> COPY your serial.
Upgrade again--> and activate it with that serial key.
