View Full Version : Problem with Microgaming network,HUD don't work

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
- 1.08.04
2) a. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
-Poker time , Unibet

b. Which type of game(s) are you playing? NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT
-NL holdem
c. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
-Yes
3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
-Yes
5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
-No
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I use XP

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 33 patch from the link in my signature.

If that doesn't help, or you need help for any reason, please let us know.

I try with last 1.09 beta 33 version but I can not fixed the problem.I have not firewall...

What about the other important questions in the FAQ?

English handhistories?
Are they written by the Pokerclient?
...
Please attach your holdemmanager.config file.

i think microgaming just released some kind of update. I have the same problem. It used to work fine, but now hud doesnt show. I think the hand history file also changed, but not sure

I mean that auto import doesn't work.I have not any hand histories from this network at the moment.

You said the handhistories are in english earlier?

When i go through all your posts its hard for me to understand what can be your problem.

Does your Pokerclient software write handhistories in english?
Can you see this files appering?

Did you configure the folders where this files are written to in the Holdemmanager auto-import settings?
Are the hands being imported?
Can you import them via import file or import from folder?

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Now it work,I did it with table finder.But I don't know for table manager option to this moment.Thank You!Now I will know :)

I can't see hands in cash games tab that I played.Now I wonder how to import hands for analysis for Microgaming network (for other like Everest - I see it).Can You tell me ?

If the hands are imported you need to change the player name to your Microgaming screen name (click on change and enter it).

I suggest you create an alias covering all your names.

I play at Betway which is a microgaming skin but I'm having problems importing hands. I can't find where the hands are stored. There are no textfiles in the handhistory folder.

I've downloaded the last hem update but it won't import any hands from the "handhistory" folder in global.

3. In the Folder Name field, click on the Select button and navigate to the following folder: C:\Microgaming\Poker\YourSiteNameMPP and click OK. This is where Microgaming / Prima / Unibet saves the hand history files.

That's weird because I don't have a Microgaming folder. I only have a "Betway" folder in Programs.
