all of a sudden only importing tourny hands NOT CASH

i have no idea what caused this but all of a sudden my tourny (MTT and Sng) continue to import as normal but every single one of my ring hands come up as an error and doesn't import.

created a brand new database and set it as the default same problem, new folders to auto-save HH and send processed didn't help, got PS to email me HH and copy-pasted to txt, same issues.

Did I miss an update, anyone had this before???
