HUD coming through on Winamax.fr

I thought this has been reported before but couldnt find it...
So The HUD is coming through other tables on winamax.fr
However the weird thing is that this is just for some tables...I mean some tables are ok some not and behave like always on top....the main point is that it is really annoying to get stats from other tables.
Any infos on this ?

I have seen a couple of reports like this. We will be doing some further testing on Winamax to see if it can be duplicated internally.

I have done some testing and at first I was unable to duplicate this problem. I was able only to duplicate the problem of the HUD showing through other Windows if I disabled "Run this program as an administrator". Please ensure "C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamax Poker\Winamax Poker.exe" is set to run as an administrator.

my preset are seat 3 and hud expanded.

The good table is the table 3 (down left)

Well...my winamax.fr was not set to "Run as admin" so I did...
Unfortunately it did not change anything...
If I open a window like firefox or word the HUD is coming through...
Always on top is uncheck
No problem with HM1 (Thank God !)
Switching to Default HUD did not change anything...
Disabling Active Desktop seems to make things better..

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is hm-4312. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

hm-4132 does not seem to be the right ticket : "HM-4132: No hands found when alias selected then refresh"

Same issue here for the last 3 months, it's getting annoying. Winamax.fr is missing my rake ;)

At least if you confirm it is under review we can have have some hope...but for now using HM2 on winamax.fr during intensive multitabling is impossible... so I hope it will not be too long...

It's very strange that HM1 work well but not HM2

And it is incredible regarding that's winamax to buy HM2 in is fidelity program....


Well before we can just stop hud and start it again and all was ok but know we must stop HM2 and restart it .....

Release 6556: Bug is still there....:confused:
It is going to be 3 months now...the HUD is almost unreadable and so is useless. As a consequence, since it is almost impossible to use HM2 HUD, NoteCaddy is pretty much useless as well. That's a lot of money invested for things not working properly!
Since there are no problems with HM1 I am sure it is not such a big deal to fix this issue!!! I was used to more efficiency and care for consumers from Holdem Manager team.

Do you have an idea of what is exactly the problem now? Will it be fixed in the future to avoid increased CPU requirements on winamax.fr?

No, there's no real fix for this. It also affects PokerStars.

But a new HM2 build will be released soon that will reduce CPU use.
(though that won't affect the increase that comes with z-ordering)
