Problems with Holdem Manager

Hey guys im trying to set up holdem manager for Full Tilt and i already read on how to set it up for that website i did everything it says to do but when i click on Start HUD it finds table and everything but does not keep stats of players. It says Loaded up 92 Hands and when i try to set up alias it says Cant assign alias because i dont have any players assigned to it. Im using windows 7 and i dont know if thats the problem?

Please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

i tried looking for it on windows 7 but couldnt find it but when i get home ill search for it again. the thing that i notice is that when i start importing hands it does not transfer to the other ffolder like it suppose to.

i have UAC turned off to Never Notify and its been like that and it still does not work. i tried importing the hands again and it says imported 97 Files everything else is still on 0... right now im playing a Tournament and when i started a hand it sayd Imported 98 Files and the rest is still set to 0..

For reimporting older hands you have to move them to a different folder and import via import file or import from folder.

You need the latest Beta for FTP. Are you using 1.09 Beta 32 or newer?
Is your FTP client in english?
