I've got a problem with starting Professional Holdem + Omaha manager. The program doesn't start and there comes a small window that says:

"An error occured while updating your DB (ImportedFiles): ERROR:58P01: could not open relation 1663/16918/16960: No such file or directory

Please close down any programs accessing the database and relauch Holdem manager."

What can I do? :( I've upgraded and re-installed the whole software and it didn't help at all.

The DB has become corrupt somehow.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

*Please make sure your Windows Auto Update is fully updated.
*Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.
*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

If that doesnt work you may want to try reinstalling the newest version of Postgresql. Make sure you export and backup all your hand files first.

For uninstalling SQL please follow these steps:

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) manually delete or rename the Program Files\Postgresql folders
3) run the command - start > run > cmd >

net user postgres /delete
4) reboot.
5) Install PostgreSQL 8.4, with your firewall uninstalled or turned off if windows firewall - http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgdownload.do#windows
