Please use the latest Beta 32a.

Is the Table manager starting when you open the Replayer?
Sometimes it may be necessary to restart HM after importing hands before the table manager will display stats again.

I installed 1,09 beta 32 and still can not get a HUD working in the replayer.

please advise.

Please update to the latest beta 33 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If it still wont work:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables/replayer (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder

Please make 3 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Sorry, I should make those instructions a bit more descriptive.

Default install path on a 32 bit system would be:

C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HUD Data

I will ask the HUD developer to look at this thread.

If you have a 64 bit system look under \program files (x86), or you installed it to a non-default location. Right-Click > Properties the shortcut u use for HM and check the Target Path.

my system is

System Type X86-based PC

and HM is installed properly in C:/Program files/RVG Software and so on but HUD data directory is empty.

The only thing I can think to suggest is a clean reinstall of HM, so I have forwarded this thread to the developer for a reply.

If you want to try a clean reinstall:

Before you uninstall HM:

I want to re-install Holdem Manger without losing all of my settings and preferences. Can this be done? - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=98

You want to make sure you backup your Processed/Archived hand histories, your entire \config folder, and your exportednotes file. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/?f=119. I usually just copy my entire \Holdem Manager directory.

I would also make sure you manually export the database to hand history text files:

HM > Options > Database Management > Connect > Export Hands

How do I export or import hands into and from Holdem Manager? - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

Make sure you copy that folder as well as the other stuff I mentioned.

This helps to insure that if anything goes wrong with the backup/restore, you can manually import the exported files to rebuild.

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files mentioned earlier.
2) Uninstall HM with www.revouninstaller.com using the Deep setting.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, choose the Select All > Delete buttons to remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
6) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
7) Test if it for a while and see if it work
8) Close down Holdem Manager and rename the current, working \config folder to \config_original. Now copy your \config folder from step 1 and paste it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ fodler, to replace the one you just renamed.
9) Test if it works again for a while
10) If your old config folder causes problems, you can paste the contents of the \config_original folder back in.
11) Now you can import any notes and hud configs.

I just reinstalled HM like you suggested and opened a replayer, everything is the same as it was before, I will play some hands tonight and then see if it works and get back to you here, but it seems like nothing changed for now.

If you are still having the same issues we will have the HUD developer take a look at it.

Hey Fozzy,

I just realized I had to attach screen of HUD data directory while replayer and table manager are open, so here it is again.

I still do not get HUD to appear in the replayer.

Your table manager sees a lot of invalid tables. Can you please look for the file exenames.txt in the config folder of the holdemmanager installation and post it here.

Get rid of the numbers without client names at the end of the exenames.txt file. You can just delete the file and let hem recreate the default one.

I have seen the odd problem where the stats aren't overlaid on the replayer. I have had to check and uncheck the box in the table manager to get them to appear. Of course when I looked at this yesterday it was working perfectly :(. I will keep an eye on it...

I did what you said and after that when I start table menager it does not recognize any tabales so I have to drag and drop little square to get the HUD running. when I do that pop up window comes asking me to add the window to some kind of list and when I do that every open window on my comuter shows up in a table manager. After I do that exenames file gets one of the numbers at the end with no text after it.

I still do not have HUD in my replayer :(

Please close HM, replace exenames.txt with the one from this thread: http://holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=16964&highlight=exenames
and try again

I did it and same thing happened, it does not see any tables so I have to use table finder and it asks me again to add them to the list so I do and after that file looks like this.
