All in EV should be lower than your winnings right? (bc it doesn't take into account previous streets money was put in + dead money in the pot)

I went to the link and am still a little confused.

I guess I'm wondering about the "$ EV" under the Sessions Tab. If this is a negative number, does this mean I'm getting it in behind or running poorly?
