Hi,
I purchased the low stakes Hold'em Manager today, and I am completely stuck on the step where the FAQ instructions tell you to turn auto-import on and play a few cash games, then create a hero name.
The auto-import will say that the hands it imports are 'import errors,' and then I will be unable to find my name on the list when I go to HUD Options -> Setup hero names.

Any reason why this isn't working for me? I've been trying to get it to work all day, and have even reinstalled and verified that I setup postgreSLQ correctly.

Any help would be appreciated!

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

*If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.
