If you haven't installed HM2 yet just download the full installer from the downloads page.

If you have HM2 installed it should auto-update when you start HM2.

If you haven't restarted HM2 yet.

Please update to the latest build via HM2 > Settings > Check For Updates

If you have any problems auto-updating, use this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Beta.exe

i had HM2 Internal Version 2.0.0.6112 and it didnt autoupdate.. i installed Hm2_2.0.0.6088 over again and then it autoupdated itself. But it still isnt working 100%.. It only imports the first 3 hand on everytable. And in active session menu the "loading sessions" never finishes. :S

There is no difference between internal 6112 and official 6112.

Please view the following FAQ and if this does not solve the problem please answer all the questions at the bottom of the FAQ to help us narrow down the issue.

The more questions you answer the quicker we can narrow down the issue and provide a solution

Oh, right. I should have mentioned that happened to some of their customers during the last update. You can request any missed hands you may have played while it was disabled from their support.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries. You can request a smaller sample from the Requests menu in the pokerstars client, but if you email their support directly you likely won't be able to ask for such a small sample.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

Auto update has like never worked, it crashed yesterday and I had to use task manager multiple times so I can close hm2, before that it's the usual hm2 is already running message.

Just have it like hm1 with a link here in the forum please.:)

Auto update has like never worked, it crashed yesterday and I had to use task manager multiple times so I can close hm2, before that it's the usual hm2 is already running message.

That is unusual. Can you please send us your config file via email? Also, the next time it happens please send us a log.txt file.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file.

Please 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) the file before attaching it, as sometimes text files can become corrupted as attachments.

XP:
c:\documents and settings\{username}\application data\HoldemManager

7/vista
c:\users\{username}\appdata\roaming\HoldemManager

Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Just have it like hm1 with a link here in the forum please.:)

If you have any problems auto-updating, use this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Beta.exe

That will update you to the latest official/public release. 6112 currently.
