My name is Doug and I am going to try and help you get this situation resolved.

Can you please give me a few more details of what you are trying to do exactly? Are you trying to click on pot size in the re-player or in the session history window of HM2 itself?

If it is in the replayer, please make sure to click on the options icon in the upper right hand corner of the re-player and click "SHOW KNOWN CARDS"

I'm clicking on the pot size in the HUD where the 3 last pots are listed with winners/sizes. Left is the player name, which opens the hand to export (shows correct hand), but if I click on the pot size often I get no cards, but sometimes the wrong ones.

edit: the 3 first pots with holecards are shown, and don't change when new pots were played. The same cards show.

Have you tried and un-install and re-install? I have tried to reproduce the error and cannot. If you are going to try this and it doesn't solve the issue, send a copy of your reg file along with a screenshot that will help us ID your issue to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

It is not that no cards were shown, but there is a problem with HM2 not using the right hole cards and community cards with the corresponding hand. The cards of the first 3 hands played at the table seem to be used for the last 3 pots. It is not an ipoker problem, HM1 does it correctly.

For both, you have to show hidden files:

XP:
Open My Computer or Windows Explorer
Click Tools/Folder Options/File Types
Check Show Hidden Files
Click ok

7/Vista:
Same process, but click organize/Search & Folder Options/View

Hi,

I sent the reg and the screenshot as requested.

Regarding the issue with the box that shows last winners and amount won.
In the box there are two columns. The players on the left and the amount gained on the right. Each one is linked to another element. If you click on the player name you get a separated window with the full description of the hand won by this player. If you click on the amount won by the player you get the hole cards and the board cards show on the same window. It seems that the links (not the labels) are indexed in the opposite way. The players' links are shown from the last to the second last (ascending and right way) and the money's links (i.e. the hole cards and the board cards) from the first to the second (descending and wrong way).

Does anyone confirm that?

Confirmed! With me, the pot size columns are linked to the first 3 hands played at that table (and not updated as other hands are played/imported.

Confirmed. As a temporary solution, only click on the player's name of the winning pot... not on the amount.

bump, not solved in 6303, very annoying.

Clicking a players name will take about 6 secs to load handhistory, way too long imo. In HM1 this was within a second.

I just wanted to clarify / bump in case you read "everything is working fine" from nielsy91. I think he might be referring to his issue that he posted half way through the thread. The initial issue that Daniel posted has not been resolved (at least for me) in the latest version. I was going to post but saw that Daniel did..I just didn't want this to get lost...not the biggest deal in the world but it would be nice if fixed sometime...thanks.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is hm-3299. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

Please send an email to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with "Notify Me When hm-3299 Is Resolved" in the subject line. We have assigned someone to search for these subject lines after each release, so this should ensure you get notified after this fix has been released.

This was finally fixed, but there is still an error when exporting hands to the climpboard. The right hand pops-up when clicking the winner name, but another hand is being exported.
