"HEM import has stopped working"

I get this error whenever i now try to import hands.

I have the latest version of HEM and i've rebooted my PC. I've also stopped the PostSQL serive, and started the service again.

Thanks.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

*Please make sure your Windows Auto Update is fully updated.
*Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

*Try creating a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*Test the new DB for a while and if the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

If none of that helps, a clean reinstall would be my next step. Those instructions a bit lengthy so I wont post them yet.

Close HM, delete the contents of the importing\status subfolder and restart again.

That didn't do it either.

Try to import some older hands via import file.

Did you create a new database?

I've done everything suggested, i've made a new database i've tried importing selected files, i've deleted the contents of that folder, i've rebooted. Blah blah.
