In note definition,
in 'flop' ->'general'
I find that wet flop = two flush+three flush AND three straight
dryflop = none flushs And (two straight or none straight)

three straight is like "789" ,two straight is like"89K"?

It means there's two or three to a straight on the board. On the flop->general screen top right there is a test section where you can enter any board and it will tell you the texture

The majority of flops have a two straight at least since ace works both ways

false. The previous action in this note specifies it can't be sb opening so bvb is not a possible scenario for this note
