I exported the bonuses from a pc (where I got Hm not up to date) and I try to import in hm beta 32, but I fail, and I got the message "0 bonus entries have been imported"

Haven't used this for myself before.
I would say update computer 1 to the latest Beta and retry the export.

Please come back if it still doesn't work. A screenshot of the import error would be helpfull.

Tried again but It won't work. I updata hm , but still nothing

here is a screenshot when I try to import the bonuses (exported from the same version of hm, but a different computer)

Hi, have you imported hands from the players who received bonuses? If you export bonuses for "MyName123" and then try to import into a new database where "MyName123" does not exist then it will not work.

If that is not it then please email the file to support@holdemmanager.net

The databases are the same...
I'll mail you the file so you can check

I don't wanna bother, but I have to know something about it. Now I'm gonna move to another house, where I have anotger pc (the third) where I have installed hm without the lincese. I'd like to switch the license between the one pc and the oldest one, but I can't... I don't know if I have to do something regarding the bonuses...so please, le me know asap

I know it, but it sent it few days ago and I haven't got any reply yet. That's ok, import bonus are not vital... Hope o hear something soon ;)

I have the same problem as fiammaz, would be nice to see a fix for this so we don't have to re-enter all bonuses into HM :)

Should be fixed in beta 36 . I couldn't duplicate the problem but then another user figured out that it had to do with their regional settings for date/time and he was correct. New version should read the old exported files just fine
