Not Importing Hands

I recently switched pokerstars accounts. Holdem Manager was working with my old account. I switched the files that i wanted it to import to to a different name. It refuses to import hands when i do it manually or automatically. Help so i can import my hands on my new name???????

Have you configured the auto import folder to import from the new folder?
