new to holdem manager and not working

Hello, I am using this software for the first time but for the life of me cant get the hud to work.


I play on poker stars. I play SNG multi table and single table.
I have clicked start import button.
I have checked that hand histories are showing in correct folder

however when the auto import is working i have noticed it says there are import errors.

How can I get things working

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 30b patch from the link in my signature.
And your Stars client needs to be in english for SnGs/MTTs.
