Urgent - holdem manager not importing correctly

I have holdem manager installed and ready to run and the hands seem to be saving to the correct places.
The hands don't import to holdemmanger, and when the hands do import it says below somethign about "import errors".
I've tried everythign step by step through the manuals but nothing seems to be working.
I am running on a vista and tried everything.

i am having the same problem, but running in windows xp. If anyone knows the answer and its different for windows XP let me know. Thanks

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 30b patch from the link in my signature.
