Rake support for entraction network

Have they fixed rake support for the entraction network in this new release of holdem manager? It used to be, that holdem manager calculates rake the same for most clients, as dealt. Even with entraction clients, but as it is known, Entraction has contributed rake.

Is this problem fixed in this new release?

I would also love to see support for contributed rake. Would make it alooot easier to track rakeback.
