I was playing on Pokerstars today when the graphics (in Stars client) started playing up. Shortly afterwards, HEM displayed an error message, shut down and the computer then went to the blue screen of death. This is the second successive weekend this has happened (although last time I didn't get the bluescreen...however, I still had to restart)

This was with beta 23a running on Vista home. I have now updated to Vista

Edit: tourney import problem solved.

What error message did it give?

Please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

*Please make sure your Windows Auto Update is fully updated.
*Make sure you have Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

And this hud build:

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/hmhud32.exe

Please download, and rename to hmhud.exe (remove the '32'). Close Hm and the Table Manager, and replace your \holdem manager\hmhud.exe with this one.
Please let me know if that helps or not.

If you are still getting crashes:

Enable logging in the hud options->table prefs menu. If you get a freeze, close the hud and send me log.txt file from the logs folder. Thanks
