im getting extremly frustrated

im about ready to give up on this program. i was told i have to download postgreSQL 8.3, so im trying to do so and when i click on anything in the win zip i get a message that says "this installation package could not beopened. verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package" i clicked on the Postgre link in the HEM FAQ section so i dont know why it doesnt work

If you only double clicked the postgresql.zip download, you only opened it up in a preview window of sorts.

- Right-Click > Extract All to your postgresql.zip file.
- That should create a new folder with the contents, which should allow the setup to run properly.
- If you have any issues with the windows not having an Extract menu under Right-Click, try www.7zip.org.
