DevComponent error

Get following message when I try to run holdem manager:

An error ocurred on startup: Method 'get_Item' in the type 'DevComponents.DotNetBar.SubItemsCollection' from assembly 'DevComponents.DotNetBar2, Version= 7.9.9.3, Culture= neutral, Publickey Token= 7eb7c3a35b91de04' is not implemented

And then the program close

hi,
i have some problem with dev component 7.6.0.0
when i work with dotnetbar manager and document docking
when i pin some windows or resize them
sometimes with several tabs, the size of tabs have problem, the boundry of them remain and when i take the splitter to make the tab bigger, i can not do it
