If the Try is greyed out it means that HM was previously installed on your PC. You will need to test it on a new machine or reinstall windows to try it again on that machine. We do have a 7 day full refund if you wanted a 7 day trial of sorts.

I have the same problem.

I insalled the software for the first time a few days ago. From the first time I tried to run it onwords, I recieved that screen instantly, without having the option to enter a key or use the trial version.

what can I do to solve it?

I am using win XP, date/time is correct.

Hi guys, there are a bunch of things that could reset / expire your trial period

1) if you already installed HM and tried it before
2) if your system date / clock changes between uses (ie trying to set the clock back)
3) if your hardware changes
4) sometimes a windows update could do it although it is pretty rare

We can't extend the trial but we can give you a 10 day full refund option so that you can purchase and use it risk free

Thanks,
Roy

non of those happend on my machine.

the screen in the photo just appeared right away on the first launch of the software from this computer, or any other I own.

I wanted to try the progra before I purchased it. If I do purchase it, will that make any difference? there isn't even a place to insert a key on that screen.

You use the register button to open the window that asks for your name and key.

I have no register key. only one key on that screen that says "close"

You should see this screen before you get there.

I'm not seeing it. When I launch the program it goes directly to the screenin the first post on this thread.

Try 5.2.) from the message in the first screen. Delete the hidden file holdemmanager.exe.ldat

I don't have that file in the HM folder.
What else can it be? I really have no idea.

Uninstall HM with www.revouninstaller.com using the Deep setting.
And then reinstall starting with full version 1.08.04

I did that, no cigar. Same screen again.
This was probably the 50th time I uninstalled and reinstalled.

I still don't have that hidden file also.

This is so strange. Do you have any other ideas?
