Ok i had to reset my serial number and got a new one. However when HM starts it shows me that my old serial doesnt work any more, and there is no way to enter the new serial. So how finally can i change it?

Help->Clear License code and start again.

I cant use Help->Clear License code, because it doesnt start the main program window.

Look for the hidden file holdemmanager.exe.ldat in the holdemmanager installation folder, delete it and restart HM again.

i have hidden files and folders show enabled and also tried to find this file by using windows search application, however there is no such file in the \RVG Software\Holdem Manager directory.

Then i have no other idea as uninstalling HM and reinstalling the full version 1.08.04 and after that updating to the latest beta.

I`ve completely uninstalled and removed folder of HM, however after installing and starting program i still have the same window

So Please, help me

In which case it has only been about 4 hours. The person doing these emails is on pacific time. FWIW, he is going thru his inbox now, but you have to be patient considering he receives 300 - 400 per day.
