So I used the trial in the past and just purchased pro tonight. I had about 12 cash game files that I imported and when I went back to HEM it only imported 1 file with 14 hands and the rest of the files are gone? There not in HEM there not in the folder they were in and there not in the recycle bin, any ideas?
