View Full Version : HEM Not importing on Stars

After the famous Stars update my HEM1 stop importing hands at some point, it was importing them with no problem until the last couple of tables of my session, after that, i took PATVS recomendatios to upgraded to 1.12.09, create a new DB and import all my hand to this new DB and play on real money tables...I did all that and guess what? It aint importing...Whats up?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe to 1.12.09

REALLY frustrated here.

So i downloaded the new patch as recommended and installed it. When i then tried to open my HEM it suddenly told me i only have 15 trial days left! My serial code is now suddenly not valid! It then gave me advice which included 'i was registered and then i installed an update patch and now it tells me that it is a trial version'.

The first recomendation was to reboot my pc which i did and it didnt help! It then suggested going to Login to Holdem Manager (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration) and resetting my serial code there.

The problem i now have is it wont allow me to reset my serial code! Everytime i click on the tab it does nothing and shows the 'error' (yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it) sign in the corner of my browser!

This problem is becomming EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Any help would be appreciated!

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)


Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

I have the same problem , HM1 didn't import HHs anymore .
So I intalled last update , but it didn't fix anything . More i also had to enter my serial number again , choosing a PC ... Now it looks like my database is okay , HEM is importing HHs from other rooms but still not on PS , even if everything okay in the folder C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\PokerStars.FR\HandHistor y\Mynick .
So i looked in my auto import box , everything's normal . I tried to import HHs manually , but nothing happened .

Please i need help asap !

And please try to make it as simple as possible bc i'm noob in english . ( Maybe i haven't understood what you recommand for this problem ? Not the registration )

Ok , i've uninstalled/reinstalled HEM and Stars.fr import problem is fixed . But now i've many other bugs , nothing about Stars so i created a new thread : http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-bugs/176901-lost-all-my-configs-after-uninstall-reinstall.html#post871621

Please check this thread to make sure you�ve the correct import folders setup for your site
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1/Information+About+Setting+Up+Poker+Clients

On the import TAB check if there are import errors showing up, if so can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database and see if there is also import errors with that database

If there is please email the original hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

Ok, lets see if i can get some help here, already tried this and im still getting an issue with the import on HEM1, and now an adding issues when i try to open my HEM1, this are the error messages im getting...

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_28Jul2012.exe

Run dbcontrolpanel.exe from the HoldemManager folder, create a new database, and reimport your hands.
