Can't AutoImport at FTP/Stars (Moved from QQA Thread:

I cant auto import hands. When Im playing at full tilt, I click on auto import, it shows the table im playing at but it says there are 0 players and no stats show up! What do I do?
Ive already configured the import folders and everything right... thanks in advance

1) Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
2) If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
3) If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
4) Post the answers in a new thread.

I only see full tilt on your auto import list:

Please check that folder for full tilt, and if you see any HH files there, please 'Cut' them all out of that folder, and paste them into a new folder, and try to do a Import From Folder:

Please try this HUD build:

Please download, and rename to hmhud.exe (remove the '32'). Close Hm and the Table Manager, and replace your \holdem manager\hmhud.exe with this one.

I downloaded that file and replaced it, but when I open HM and try auto import I get a message saying "Couldntload config\PosPref.txt If you continue new panel positions will be written Do you want to continue?"

Continue with yes. Unfortunately you will need to rearrange and save the Stats.
