cant stop importing.. pls help

im at a point where i cannot stop importing nor can i do anything else with hem. no new hands are being imported. ive downloaded the newest patch and even uninstalled hem and the reinstalled. it always brings me back the same point from which i explained in the beginning. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.


Let me know if that does not help. Step 1 should cure it, if I understand you correctly.
