Hi,

I'm able to see people stats on the table but unfortunatly, the stats does NOT update unless I restart fulltilt and hold 'em manager. When I restart, I'm able to see the new hands added at the tables.

Also, when somebody left the table and is replaced by another nickname, the nickname of the player that left + his stat stay there.

I'm using VISTA and the problem occur on fulltilt.

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
*If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

We only pre-fetch 5 hands from FTP tables. You will need to sit down and play at the table to get more hands.

Hi, I just bought Holdem+Omaha pro and as I play at FTP, I meet the same problem with my HUD : hand counter stays at 5, and stats are not updated after the 6th hand. More, when a player leaves, his stats stays on the table.

How do I fix that ?

I tryed to upgrade with 1.09, but it fails to work (despite the UAC thing being off) so I backed to 1.08

You can NOT datamine at ftp. You have to play at the table to import more than 5 hands. If it is only importing 5 hands and then freezing, while you are actually playing, this is because you are using 1.08.04 instead a recent beta version where this bug was fixed.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Works fine now with 1.09 beta 33

Thanks for the advice :)

Hi,

I have a similar Problem. Just downloaded the trial version.

When I opened the table the HUD started properly.

1) The other players may be new in the database but of me there are thousends of hands in the database. So why start my stats with Number of hands 0?

I am playing on Full Tilt and I am using Windows XP

Best regards

That is by design.

HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was alot more useful for a couple of reasons:
1) A lot of people will have a huge amount of stats on themselves so it saves lagging issues having to show these for yourself
2) A lot of regulars are very aware of their stats and when youve alot of stats accumulated it would take a huge swing just for 1 stat to change since you've such a big sample and so there not very useful
3) Its much more beneficial to see your session stats to get an idea of how aggressive or passive people will see you since you sat at that table. (again even if its against a reg youll know yourself your overall image or at least you should)
4) You can easily check your overall stats in the reports section to remind any stats but again most people know their stats pretty well.

Ok, that sounds logical, thank you.

But one more question. If I play against an other player of whom I have a lot of hands in the database. Will also only his session-statistiscs or his overall statistics displayed?

His overall statistics depending on your settings in the additional Hud filters.

His over-all, unless you manually choose to double-click to see someone's session stats:
