Hi,

I have a annoying problem when starting up a new session playing on Ongame. I click Start auto import but I have to wait for approximately 10-15 mins for the hands to start importing and as a result the HUD wont show until 10-15 mins into the session. How can I speed this up?

It sounds like you have configured your archive folder to be in the same path/directory as your import folder. This creates a never ending loop of import, move to archive, and import again.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

Make sure it is set to somewhere completely away from any auto import folders.

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

make sure you attach the config file as directed in step 9:

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

I've had C:\HMArchive as directory since installation so that cant be the problem.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
1.09 beta 29
2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I only play Ongame NLH
2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes
3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes
4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
"This is not relevant where the site uses a database like on Ongame or Prima.
"
5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
After 5-15 mins of play, yes
5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
Same problem
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Dont have the TableScanner feature
7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
Yes
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
Yes

Ongame does not use a DB anymore. The write .log files I believe.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
Yes

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely or set exclusions as directed. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

I've made these changes and things worked fine until today. Ive now played 20 mins without HUD showing. Is there anything I can do or should we arrange Teamviewer session?
