Not exactly sure if this is a HEM problem or bodog handgrabber (idleminer) problem. I was playing 4 tables of bodog and 4 tables of UB. All of the tables imported fine into HEM except for one $3/6nl bodog table. The HUD on that table said I was someone else. After the session I looked at the actual hand history for that table and they don't show me either. The HH just kept writing the guy's name that was in my seat before me.

Is there a way to correct this? I went into the hand history and had it replace that name with mine but HEM wouldn't reimport those hands. Is there anyway to get this session imported into HEM?

Delete the hands in HM,
edit the original handhistories with a texteditor and you should be able to import them.

Still not working. I went to the guy who's name was used for mine in the hand histories and deleted every $3/6 hand that I had on him for that day. Then I went to the hand history where I had replaced his name with mine and imported it. It said it was importing the hands but when I refreshed the cash page that session still wasn't there.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

If it still doesnt work:

*Try creating a new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21
