I got an error accessing the database, read another thread and rebooted the computer. (FYI, the computer was off and this problem just started today.)

Now, I can open HEM, but when I click on autoimport, the Table manager window pops up but no hands are being imported (FTP).

I have installed the HMBetaupdate already. Any ideas?????

*Please update to the latest version 1.09 beta 30b - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
*If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

I have updated to version 30b & created a new database. The new database imports fine. I also went thru the FAQs #174.

8) Make sure UAC is disabled and unselect it and restart if it is.

9) Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

So I am attaching the config file to this thread. I also need to know what we can do to reintegrate the corrupted database back into the new database.

Thanks.

Export from your old DB, and import to your new DB. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

You will also want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB to be thorough.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

Then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21
