View Full Version : HMImport has stopped working

After importing a few hand history files HEM keeps crashing (print screen attached). What can I do to correct this?

Reboot your computer and try again (maybe with a smaller portion of the files).

If I select Import Files and select 1 file instead of doing Auto Import, I still get the same error message.

Trouble for me today also. I'm able to get online but HM says it can't open because the remote host won't allow the connection.

@SteveA: please don't hijack a thread with a totally different problem. Just reboot your computer.

I thought receiving a message saying remote host is forcibly refusing connection would mean maybe you had server problems and was in line with OP's saying program stopped working.

We just prefer if everyone makes their own thread, if they have problems, no matter how related the issue may be. It is easier to keep track of and follow the problem > cure without getting confused by someone's similar problem.

I still have the problem after starting a new database.

Maybe one of the files is corrupt. Try to import smaller portions of the files via import file
