problem with importing hands

I play on FTP and recently ran a system optimizer/registry cleaner etc programme.

Since then i get this message when i open HM:

"The following error occured while trying to open the database: Unable to read data from transport conenction: An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host."

Then my database control panel opens.. i click 'connect'. It gives me a similar message as above and then offers me the chance to create a new database. In the panel for 'existing databases' i don't seem to have any.

What have i done to mess things up and what should i do?

This means that sth. on your computer prevents the connection between Postgresql and Holdemmanager (usually this is a firewall). Try to disable it or uninstall or configure extensions.
