And its asking me to re-enter my Serial Number. Ive checked all 3 of my emails and i cant find the original email that you guys sent me. Is there any way to prove that i have purchased HEM. This is really pissing me off!! All i did was download a new update and now it asks for my serial number.
A screen then pops up saying "There are issues with your license, here are some tips to help you get you up and running"
Below that is my serial number, but everytime i try and copy/paste that it says that it isnt valid. Thoughts??? can anyone help??
Edit - From there i follow the link that takes me to the HEM registration System, it asks me for my username and PW. I bought HEM about a year ago and for some reason i cant find any of my info in my emails. i have no idea what my SN or PW is. Ive tried everything possible....help one time???
