I just started my software and it

is asking for an activation. I have been running this software for a few months now what is the issue.

Just activate it with your existing key.

If you need to reset your license: http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration
Register there and enter your key.

When i click on that link and try to log in it tells me no account found. or user name and password wrong

You need to register a new account on the registration site, before you can log in there.
