View Full Version : HoldemManager ERROR while importing..

dear HM,

While I'am importing hands from pokerstars.com I get a few errors (no text displayed) and the text files won't import...

Can anyone please help me? This happend to me when I reinstall bij pc... So also reinstall HM and Postgress.

I also tried to restore a backup from postgress, but the pogram does not respond after a few seconds and when I start Hm again, I get an error again.

what kind of errors are you getting? postgresql, transport, database connectionerrors?


Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.


First try a simple reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171
