why hud isnt shoving up? i play @ ongame. I got some window with palyers and stats and gota click refresh all time. and I need stats @ table not in some window.. also wtf why do i need to registred in this forum??? why don't u guys don't give email??

Because the forums are a much more efficient method of support. We have multiple employees on the Forums, but only 1 support@holdemmanager.net email.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09 beta 30b

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

all sites nl cash

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

i dont know I hate hme because of all this shits. @ PT u can just clik start hud and it finds where u hide hh etc auto

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Desktop\HMHMHMh\2009\08\30 there is a hh if ive palyed that day

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

I dont know dont need new database

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

I ve tried it didn't get how it works so I think it didn't work

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

no vista

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

no
